No Future
Once outside Lizzie pushed Luke away and approched a trashcan. She roughly pulled off her headgear and glasses and threw them in the trash.
"Done with your statement?" Luke asked her. He wasn't quite sure what to think of her, a maybe pretty girl with a whole lot of hormones or a simple daddy's girl who wanted to have a "real" night out.
"Statements are meant to have a public," she said rubbing her hands on her overalls "You are not considered a correct public."
Faintly offended, Luke wondered what this girls thing was about.
"What's your deal," he asked more seriously "You can't be a feminist, you think it's okay to dress like a whore, only not during Halloween. You don't wear glasses nor a headgear and your hair is obviously fake."
Yes, Luke did notice the wig. The two long brown braids may fool someone at a peculiar distance but not when you have your arm around her. And the perfume did not cover the plastic smell.
"Ohh...the hair..." she paused searching for an explanation "It's actually none of your business! Maybe I have cancer and maybe I only have wigs instead of hair! Maybe I want to be a brunette on Halloween! Maybe...maybe...."
He saw that she was getting frustrated, she did seem quite weak. Could she really have cancer? Taking pity of her, he pulled her closer to him and and kissed her forhead.
At first she was very tense and was about to push back, but once a few seconds passed she eventually let herself go.
Hs expected her to cry or hug him but she just stood there awkwardly yet perfectly. Lizzie was a true mistery.
"I'm not use to being hugged like this." she simply says after the silence becomes unbearable.
Luke shakes his head and pulls away. Her light brown eyes were sparkling. Without the glasses and the headgear she actually seemed pretty.
So Luke put his hands on her cheeks, and smahes his lips against hers. Well, Gorgina or not it seems Luke can't spend much time without kissing another girl...
Lizzie didn't pull away as he expected, no she pushed him against the wall and climbed onto him. It wasn't one of those kisses like on television where you just feel like "Mehhh". Hell no! These two were like that one couple that's soooo perfect, but has no future.
