I still remember the look in your eyes from that night As we fall in line, your hands gently guiding me And i swear, I felt something Something electrifying Something mesmerizing We both knew That it was all the beginning

bottom deep
I never knew I'd love water. The way how it embraces my body, water bubbles was all I can hear. Empty spaces were filled and my loneliness was taken away. Only relaxation and blue was all I can see as I open my eyes underwater. How does it feel if I stay deep within this blue water forever?

what death sounds like
I thought, death sounds like a cry. Of hoarse voices coming from suppressed mouth. Of tears flowing from welling eyes. Of yells and chants and wails from an agony and mourning. But when he's gone, an epiphany hit me. Death sounds like unopened doors, empty house and morning showers not taken. Death sounds like unmade bed, infinity loop of silence and crickets at night. Death sounds like untold wishes and promises. Death sounds like him without by my side.

Ocean
Sun reflects on the clear blue water I wish that this day goes on forever Waves on the shore crashed in me as I lie underneath the sand But then summer slipped away from the grasp of my hand And all I had to do was to remember Summers have passed in a blink of an eye And as a child, all I did was to cry I used to miss that salty breeze of air Walks on the shore and shell-picking—that's all I cared But now I'm older, the only memory left was the moment I waved to the ocean and said, "Hi."

Alternate Universe
Sometimes, I’d wonder How fascinating it is That even just for a day We could live in different worlds Jump over the mountains Fly and float on the sea of stars Monsters hiding on bushes Maybe somewhere, our other self lives in all of our happiness, fears and doubts Don’t you think it’s possible? To travel through time and space To live on that exact life but different version of ourselves A spectacular experience a human can have

A Loose Thread
Have you ever felt that moment When you look at someone’s eye? No hint of recognition Or a wave of memories Just a glance, a wave or smile You had the strangest feeling Like it isn’t the first time you were both around You cant turn your head Or look away You choose to stand in the middle of the crowd Like a loose thread on your favorite shirt That you can’t stop yourself from pulling You took a step forward; eyes were locked on the stranger’s Then suddenly, you knew the feeling.

if i would write a poem about you
I can write a poem about you Full of metaphors, paradoxes, and all other things that might describe an out-of-this-world person like you. You can be the heavenly bodies: The sun, the moon and stars who seems to be patient in chasing each other every single day As the sun peeks at dawn and sets at dusk leaving a trail of spectrum across the horizon. You can be the seasons: Cold as winter Warm as the summer Mesmerizing like the spring And nostalgic like an afternoon of autumn. Things that seems to be poetic But describes a person like you Like how these words have one thing in common–change. You changed. Yes,love. You did.

After Rain
I love the sound of the pouring rain The way it falls on the roof as I watch over the window pane Slowly, it cascades on the ground Where the sky's forlorn reflection can be found I love the smell of its vapor every time it showers the vastness of earth The way it soothes my mystified soul With its warmth like a heat from a well-litten hearth Calming my mind in a deep chaos I love the things that the rain left after its downpour The way I walk on a slippery road leaving a muddy trail Dew on the grass and blooming of flowers Rays of the sun peering through the silvery tinted clouds I love the idea of rain The way how it resembles life– Full of suffering like a hundred f raindrops falling from the sky And after its cloudburst, there will always be sun That will radiate light and warmness on this tiny planet.

i'll dance until my body ache and swing my arms until i can't feel it anymore i want to feel numb until i can't longer feel my heart and soul and bleed and weep until the very last tear reach the ground shout until all i could do is a whisper until all of the air left my lungs i want this to end

I am
whenever they ask something about me i would tell them mundane things about myself of how typical i am but deep within me i'm much of a river a river that flows continuously passing narrow paths until the water reached its destination a river that flows freely like how i live in flux and monotony

glow
when you feel sad and weary remember these words clearly: you are great you are unique you glows just like the scattered diamonds in the dark sky you outstands the darkness enveloping the whole universe with unheard words sorrows and silent cries.

an understatement
"what is love?" some might say metaphorical things: of how love is like a rosary that is full of mystery when the truth is a rosary is nothing but beads on a string of how love is blind when the truth is love has no eyes that can see things but for me one thing's for sure love means me and you

Your Name
"Don't forget." You told me I kept your words in my mind Pictured you in my sight As I watched you running silhouetted on the twilight I turned my head toward the sky Shinning stars reflected upon my eyes I know you'll keep your promise that you'll never forget As I repeat your name over and over inside my head A drop of tear Comet blasted into the sky I keep remembering the words you said for the last time I smiled "I remember", I told myself I just need to hurry up and remember your name until the end. —inspired by Kimi No Nawa (Your Name)

everlasting chase
"How does it felt like?" "It's like when the sun misses the stars in the morning sky. An everlasting chase." She said, eyes fixed in the horizon. —inspired by Lana del rey's song: summertime sadness.

23:11
wishing wells, shooting stars and 11:11 wishes. i don't know why i still believe on these things perhaps, it's because of you. of us. we were impossible but every moment when i think of you, there's hope. like how i closed my eyes when the fallen star flashed across the dark sky like the candle on top of the birthday cake—waiting to be blown like the last tick of the clock before a second 'til 11:11 i'm waiting for something and hoping for my wish to come true just like the impossible dream I had about you.
