SHOCK THEM WITH YOUR RESULTS. In life, nothing comes to us for free. We have to earn it either with our actions or our hard work. When we first begin, we begin with nothing but it is what we make of ourselves over time that determines whether we are worth it or not. To become noticeable to people you need to earn their intrest. You need to enhance your capabilities to go beyond your comfort zone in order to reach great results.To become great in front of others you need to become great in our own eyes first.To become important to the world you need to grow into an influential person. You need to gain so much knowledge that people get shocked when they hear your answers. You need to have faith and become so confident in yourself and your work that people get impressed and trust you without having to see your work.To earn name for yourself, you need to do the hard work and reach great heights. To not be ignored by others you need to outgrow yourself and show such reeults that would shock people. Show such results that make people think think of you when something comes up or if they need help. Become such a person for people who is always there and who has the knowledge to be able to help better than anyone else. Push yourself to become the person that you are destined to become, because that's the only way how you will be able to achieve great results. You need to master the field that you are working in, to become leader of your team. Become a leader that everyone can look up to and give examples of when you are not around. You need to take advantage of every opportunity to reach for success. Take a look at yourself and become the person you would look up to, because if you can't look up to yourself then how do you expect others to? So grow, learn, and achieve. Become someone so big that when people hear your name, they already know you. Insted of spending time worrying about what others think, utilize that time to work hard and achieve your goals. To build a reputation around your workplace you need to become someone that everyone can depend on. Also to become noticeable, you don't just need actions or words but the way you dress matters too. Dress to impress because at the end of the day you don't want to give people a chance to find something negative about you. You need to live up to your own expectations and work the part as well as look the part to become a leader. Leadership skills are not found in everyone, so show them. Show eveyone that you have got what it takes to become a leader. Show them that you have the potential to help them reach great heights. But above all, be nice to everyone because in the end the one thing that matters most is your personality and the way you treat others. So be kind, especially to those who make mistakes and help them. Guide them on how to do things right. Make them feel that there is someone who they can depend on. Never lose focus, even when talking to someone. Don't get distracted by anything and stop listening. Nothing will make them lose respect faster than feeling like you are not listening to them. So to get respect from people you need to hear what they have to say. Earning someone's respect can be hard but if you do all the right things, they lead to successful results. You need to own up to your own mistakes and try to fix them because admitting your mistakes shows that you are confident enough to face the outcome. You need to improve and grow yourself by regularly seeking feedback from everyone around you because this will show them that you don't think you're perfect and that's a trait many people respect. Have an opinion of your own on things. Don't just take what everyone throws at you but give them a piece of your mind and make them know that yes, you can lead them well. You have the brains and the potential of becoming a leader and earning their respect. Because you can't buy people's respect, you have to earn it by working hard and respecting others too. You need to respect them in order to receive their respect. Many people think that leaders are born this way and that they don't have to spend time and effort to develop their leadership skill, when in reality this is far from the truth. In reality you need to work for everything that you want. You want to become a leader, you need to earn it by doing things beyond ordinary. You need to think outside the box and do something great to get people's attention. If you do what everyone else does, they will just ignore you as a normal person. But do something great and they'll look at you, think of you in times of need and never ignore you. If you want people to think of you as a leader, it would be wiser to show them through your actions what they will get in their leader. There's a saying, "Praise in public, correct in private". Always follow this saying. By humiliating others in public you won't get anything but hate whereas when you tell them what they did wrong in private, they feel more respect for you. Make others fell important. Listen to what everyone has to say and show interest in what they are saying because leadership is not about the leader, it is about the followers. There's people who want to become leaders just like you and they are going to make it hard for you but you have to step in and show them that it is as important to you as your own life. Show them that you aren't going anywhere and that you will work twice as hard as them to become the leader.
