He watched as Mira patched her up and gave her some medicine. She was still asleep but Natsu stayed until she woke up
*At oukami's chamber*
“So your the cutey ice wizard” She said looking at him. “I don't like tying cutesy like you and Lucy was it? But sometimes I have to. “ She said patting his head. “Now that I don't have a whip I have nothing to punish you with.” Oukami continued. “I wouldn't touch me if I was you… Juvia will know and she'll beat ur ass” Gray said “oh is that so? What did I say about talking when I didn't ask you anything? “ She said. “Now what am I going to do with you… “ She said still on his lap. “hmmm… “ She said tapping her chin. “I know! “ She said putting her hand back on his cheek and getting closer. “Since your so cold hearted I think I'm going to warm it up.” Gray tried moving but it was useless she kept getting closer and closer… then it happened. *Back at the guilds healing center*
Natsu had his head in his hand waiting for Lucy to wake up. Mira checked in every now and then and smiled. “It looks like she is doing good much better.”
“That's great to hear “ He said Emotionless. Yes he was happy to hear that but the horrible images of what had happened to her kept flashing through his mind. Then finally at 10:42pm she woke up. “L-lucy? “ He said lifting his head from his arms. “N-natsu! “ She said and in one swift movement, hugged him really tight. “Luce… I'm so glad your ok!” He hugged back. Mira walked in happy to see the sight of them happy. “Your awake Lucy! “ Mira came over to the bed. “Mira! Tha ks so much for helping me. “ She said. “Need help getting out of the bed? “ Mira asked. “Yeah” Lucy said. “Come help natsu” Mira smiled. Natsu for up from the stool and helped Lucy. “Come on” Mira said opening the door. Lucy had a small limp because her ankle was damaged and her thighs were bruised. “Lucy!!! “ Levy ran over to her and hugged her “levy! “ She smiled. Natsu was happy that they were happy. Then gray bust through the door… (Why so many busting through doors) Juvia ran over to him. “My love are you ok?” Juvia asked. “Y-yeah” he said and grabbed her hand. “M-my love is there something wrong?” “Omg my love is holding my hand! “ She thought. He walked over to a hidden area. “Juvia… remember how I said I'll tell you the answer after that battle? “ He said “yes my lo-” Gray kissed her. “M-my love…” She said.
*At Lucy's house*
Natsu and Lucy were chatting about something when happy flew through the window. “Guys!” Happy said and landed on the table looking at them. “Yeah happy?” Natsu said. “I have this” He said pulling out some medicine. “Mira said to give this to you Lucy. “ He said. “Thanks happy” She said and part his head. “So are we going to go to gallona island since we accepted it? “ Happy said grabbing a fish out of his bag. “I don't know. “ Lucy said and looked up at Natsu. “Natsu? “ Lucy said. He was looking off in the distance. “Natsu? “ Happy landed on his head. “Huh? Oh” Natsu said joining in the conversation. “Sorry… “ He said and looked at Lucy who was holding onto her necklace. “You ok? “ Lucy asked. “Yeah… I'm fine. “ Natsu said. But suddenly Lucy got up and went over to him. “Natsu.” She started at him sternly. “.. E-eh” He said nervously. His face was hot and before he knew it he was blushing.
*Natsu's POV*
She's so close… All I can smell is her lilac perfume. All I can see is her beautiful brown eyes and her perfectly blonde hair. All I can hear is my heart beat throbbing out of my chest and our breathing. She is Lucy. She is my best friend.
*Lucy's POV*
I don't know what's wrong with him. He's usually so happy. So cute. He used to smile a lot. And that's what made me smile. Made me happy. But he's becoming distant. I don't want to lose my best friend!
*nobody's POV*
Lucy grabbed his shoulders. “Natsu… why are you becoming so distant.” Lucy said. Happy was nibbling his fish and watching this. “I-im not trying to” He said. Happy was quietly chanting “kiss kiss kiss” And soon enough he'll get what he's asking for.
