"The library will be closing in five minutes, please check out all books before 6pm."  Jack let's out a sigh, "Mrs Jefferson is going to kill me" Jack said as he logged out of the library computer. "Boom" All the windows in the library shake. Jack feels his phone vibrate. "A severe Strom has been issued in your area" Jack shakes his head, "I have to get home" Jack thought. Jack leaves the library and is shocked at the sight of the wheather. Day has been turned into night, the clouds completely hide the sun, no one's outside aside him and few stragglers. Jack jogs over to his old car, a 2002 black Doge Ram. Jacks hands are on the door before he hears a scream. Jack looks over at a little girl who is staring at the clouds with fear. Jack doesn't think twice and runs over to the little girl. Jack tries to comfort the little girl "hey hey it gonna be alright." Jack tried to calm her but she still cried. Jack hears another boom of thunder and is shocked how loud it is. "Where are your parents?" Jack asks as he looked at the clouds. Jack sees lightning crack in sky, Jack gets a bad feeling in his stomach and grabs the little girl and moves her to the front of the library doors. "Hey where are you going?"  asks the Librarian. "I have to go home" "What about the Strom, it's gonna get much worse." "My little brother will be crying more if I don't get home." Jack said as he runs back out. Jack hears another boom and looks at the sky. Lightning crackels and shoots out. Jack stops running. Jack sees the lightning bolt coming at him and knew that he couldn't out run it. "It's so beautiful" Jack closes his eyes. Jack's eyes open and sees that he's in a little hole, Jack doesn't hear anything. "what happened?" Jack sees that his clothes has holes and is burned a little. Jack's watches in wonder as two lightning bolts shoot out and strikes each other, instead of blowing each other away the two come together and becomes a lightning ball. The lightning ball is the most beautiful thing Jack has ever seen, the lightning moves around in circles in the ball. Jack watches as the ball shoots down and comes at him. "This is it" Jack thought. Jack takes a deep breath and closes his eyes again. Jack didn't feel scared or much of anything, all he knew was that it would be over quick. The lightning ball strikes Jack and with a deafing boom all the windows in a hundred mile radius is shattered. Now Jack lays in a deep crater in what used to be the library parking lot. Jack isn't dead, his DNA has been awaken and he is changing completely.
