Valerie heard whispers again, it got louder each and everyday.

She was sitting on her bed,shaking. She could swear that someone is at her window,and it's scaring the hell out of her .Suddnly she heard tapping noises.

Tap...Tap...Tap

She hugged her pillow tightly .Valerie  hesitated before she stood on her weak legs,tripping in the process.She  walked towards her window slowly. Valerie gathered all the confidence she had and then , pulled the curtains open,in one quick motion.

She closed her eyes and bit her lower lip to stop herself from letting any sound out.

Nothing happened, she opened her eyes slowly and then she glanced out the window, just to make sure no one is there . Suddenly,a big bloody hand slammed the window hard, causing the glass to shake. She jumped backwards,hitting her head in the process of escaping. The hand kept tapping at Valerie's window ,then it slid down making a sound that made her shudder.

Valerie laid down, panting for air while she tried to stop her sudden heart attack.

She stood up again feeling dizzy. She sat on her bed,wiping her tears that kept falling,trying to convince herself that everything she saw was just a bad dream.

Valerie walked down the stairs heading to the table to do her normal routine. She glanced sideways at the maids that kept sending her disapproval looks. She looked down at the white marble floor.

Valerie sat at the table after rubbing her eyes.She had no sleep yesterday. She felt scared, terrified.

Andrew looked Valerie in the eyes and furrowed his eyebrows slightly . "Have you had your sleep last night Valerie?"he asked.
Valerie stared down at her hands, eyes unfocused. She wasn't going to open a conversation with her uncle about something that crazy, something even she didn't seem to believe.

"No,not really"Valerie paused. "I-I think I had a nightmare yesterday "

"A nightmare?" Her uncle asked."About what?"

However Valerie kept fiddling with her fingers, slightly alarmed.

"Honey, they say telling your nightmares to others make them come true "His wife,Selena said.  Valerie smiled at her silently thanking her for realizing that she wanted to drop the subject.

However her dear uncle,had another plan in mind.

"No,I want to know what made you all scared "He said calmly."Andrew! "His wife said angrily. 

"Okay,okay"Valerie saw him smirk slightly.

Why was he smirking? "Anyway, My son is coming home this weekend.I thought I would let you know"Andrew said.

Son?he had a son?.Valerie thought.

"Our son,the one I told you about week ago"

"Oh,your Son?"Valerie asked."Yeah my Son,is there an eco here?"her uncle rolled his eyes.

"Okay,good to know"she said sipping on her tea.

Valerie didn't want to sleep in her room . I couldn't , it's getting scarier each and every time.
My uncle is going on a business trip while Mrs.Hayden is out for dinner with her 'friends'.Which made the whole situation way harder.

She rested on bed ,while hugging her soft pillow.

Suddenly, she heard her name being called,in a thick raspy voice

"Valerie..." her eyes flickered to where the sound is coming from.Valerie glanced at the door, then she let out a shaky breath.

"Valerie. .."It whispered again. She felt sweat dripping down her forehead.

Her head snapped to the window when she heard  tapping noises. She  stood up quickly when the whispers began to get louder and louder. She reached for the doorknob.It didn't budge. It was locked.Valerie screamed at the top of her lungs when she felt a pair of arms gripping her neck. It started squeezing .She struggled to get out of it's grip,when she felt the lack of oxygen. She started hitting randomly, before she grabbed her big mirror and slammed it hard against the person's skull.

Valerie heard glass shattering before she fell onto the floor gasping for air and suddenly everything went black.
