Chapter 8. Why Can't We have sweets?
We can't have sweets, because God Made food for us to stay healthy and strong. But people don't listen and eat sweets and snacks. The sweet and the snacks, are not good for you, because for example, if you keep eating sweets and snacks, we will get sick faster and maybe die because we get diabetes. You would have to get shots everyday to eat what you want. exercising is key, and so is eating healthy.
