What is up with the boy giving the girl an annoying nickname.
"Hey princess, I forgot your name so I'll call you princess now."
"sure whatever, I'm going to pretend to be angry but I secretly love it."
I don't mind the nicknames, just the ones that are overused : kitty (wtf), princess (hate this one), cupcake.
Why can't he just call her by her name? Or just give her a cute nickname like : puffball, or bumblebee (it's cute though)...

But my character calls his girlfriend by lots of names including her actual name because he will always remember her name. He loves her so how could he ever forget it. He calls her Vick, Vicky, Angel and Princess...
