I try and break down the door,I always knew I was weak,physically and mentally. I tried and tried,but it wouldn't work,I waited for someone to come and open it. I call out names,no one hears me. A few minutes later,Theresa opens the door.

"Dear,oh dear,Medalin,you've missed class by fifteen minutes,what are you doing in here?"
"Sophia locked me in here. She said it was my fault she got into trouble." I squeak.
"That nasty brat,really has no soul!"
"You think that too?!"
"Of course,what brat would think of this girl as kind?"
"No one!" I laugh,I don't smile.
"Well,you must go to class now,otherwise detention." She says
"Before I go,thanks once again!" I thank her and smile. I walk back to class.

"Why are you so late?" My science teacher says.
Sophia looks at me with her devilish eyes,I,knew what that meant. I shouldn't say anything,anything at all.

"I went to the toilet?"
"You look uncertain,no one stays in the toilet for 20 minutes."
"Umm...I have issues."
Everyone looked at me as if I was demented.
"Well,go sit at the second row."

I sit down next to Theresa,she smiles at me.
"Hi."
"Hello Medalin."
"No talking,Theresa."
"Sorry Ms."
"You will be put into groups."

She hands us an envelope.
"These are the names of the people in your group,you'll have to present to the class about what you chose to present and why,it must be something based in science."

I open the envelope,I read the first name,I smiled, but I read the second and the names after and I frown.
'Theresa
Sophia
Cole
Linda'

Time passed and it was lunchtime.
"Do you want to go to Nando's?"
"Of course."
We walk together.
"Coming back,I'll ask them for the lottery numbers,for me dad,eh?"
"Sure."

I wander around the streets,I found a man on the street with a cloak covering his eyes. He hissed at me and dragged me into a dark basement.
"What is your name?"
"I don't talk to strangers."
"Tell me or I'll kill you!"
"M-Medalin." I shiver.
"Ha!Your shivering like a sack of beans,I promise I won't kill you,you have a mission to save the world from danger!"
"What danger? It's not real,at least my classmates say that."
"My dear,there are so many bad things in life we don't know about."
"What is this 'danger'?" I ask
"I must not tell you,but will you trust me anyway?"
"I will try."
He puts a clip on my hair
"Wear this."
"Should create some side effects anyways." He mutters.
I look at him,he removes his cloak. I could see his green eyes and beautiful hair,I wanted to kiss him. Argghhh! Snap out of it! I can't date my boss!

"Can you remember anything?"
"Yes,you put a clip on my hair."
"It doesn't seem to work." He mumbles.
"Well I could do this." He blushes.
"Are you dating anyone?"
"No."
"Why not?Must I say you are attractive?!"
"Thanks...I think."
He leans forward and gives me a quick kiss on the lips.
"Why did you do that?"
"Your beautiful,sadly I can't date you."
"I know." I sigh
"I must be heading back."
"Right?I'll see you again,same place?"
"Sure."


"Where have you been?" Theresa asks,concerned.
"With a boy."
"A boy?! OMG! I'm so happy!"
"We are not dating,we just kisses thats all..."
"Thats not all,you sound a bit love-struck."
"I'm not." I blush.
"Can we go for lunch now?"
"Sure."

We go to Nando's and we order chilli.  I can't stop thinking about that guy,surely I'll see him again...right?
