Charles POV

She is looking exceptionally beautiful today. It's like is a angel who came out of a fairy tale. Her neck line and her beauty bone is very prominent with the dress. The dress also fitted her quite good. It made her  curves even more prominent. I have never feel the same way for anyone like these before. I don't know why but I feel everything is complete when I am with her.

Soon they arrived at the venue. Charles came out first and opened the door for Rose. The surrounding is very dark as this time that nobody can even see each other. Seeing that Rose is a bit frightened Charles said softly "don't feel afraid I am right beside you." Then he takes her hand and walks slowly.

As she takes her first step a part of the light glows on. Then when she takes her second step the second part of the light glows on. It's feels like a magic world's. Both of them are holding hands and with their each steps a part of light glows. Seeing these Rose is very surprised.



After the walk a few steps they find that there was a huge hot air balloon. The balloon is well decorated with many red and white balloons. It's really gives a romantic feeling. Charles first went to the balloon and then asked for Rose hand.




He then pulls her to the balloon and locks the door. She is very happy seeing all these. She don't even know how to react in this moment. After a few minutes they reached a place full of clouds.

Although the clouds are artificial but they look real. There were small birds and butterflies all around. The birds are flying all around and chirping. The scene looks really beautiful that one could really want to stay there forever. Seeing all these she smiled happily.

Charles then ask her "Did you like it?." She nods and says "Yes it's so beautiful. It's like a dream to me. If it is possible I will stay here forever". She is so lost in these that she didn't notice when Charles bend down on his knees.

Charles then takes out a golden flower from her pocket. In the center of flower something is shining very brightly.



Seeing him like this Rose couldn't help but ask "what are you doing? Why are you sitting like this ?.

Charles then holds the golden flower in his hand and sincerely says "Now what I am going to say, listen to me very carefully."
Rose nods in response.

He then continue in a sincere tone "I Charles William, who is an arrogant billiniore in everyone's eyes has fallen in love with you. I am willing to grow old with you. I want to share all my happiness with you. I want to share the rest of my life with you and only you. You will only be the love of my life till death do us apart. I can have anything whatever I want but I only want you. You are priceless to me. You are the one who makes my life complete. So, Miss Rose Taylor are you willing to share your entire life with me? Will you marry me ??"
