Type of Focuses, (1) The Threat-focus
All of us are survival beings.
Therefore we need to try so hard to be flexible with this world.
There is no doubt that we are keen on reaching the pinnacle of our lives and to be successful in our respective careers. I'm among one of you.
On the way of trying our best with different kinds of efforts,
we are unconsciously controlled by our intentions and focuses.
But we hardly ever recognized it.
You might say "What's the problem of being controlled by these things?
It's not a matter".
Well, it's not a problem until our intentions are good ones.But, if we don't care of our mind, there may be problems later.
So, I am really eager to share with you about the analysis of our focuses or intentions.This is so realistic and acceptable and it helps me a lot to become an optimistic person.

Let's start from the first kind of focus, which is called
'Threat-Focused'. To be exact, it is the feeling of our mind focused on 'Fear'.
If you are a child who was raised up with a lot of pressures from the elders, you will exactly know that. But don't be upset, it's not only you.
Sometimes we have to try so hard in our studies, or if we are not students we need to try for our works.We can't stop trying because we are afraid of losing something.That might be the trusts from parents,
our reputation, respects, fame, or possessions,etc...
We can't accept the situations of being underrated or underestimated.
Thus, at that times, we became stressful and nervous about our lives.These negative emotions distrubs our concentration and we might be confronted with unexpected failures of life.
And these failures make us worse and we start to be depressive.
What's an awful circle of misery?
These terrible consequences occur on account of our tired brain.Actually, this is an ordinary phenomenon of our brain.
At the time we afraid of something, our brain start to produce the stress hormones, namely 'Coristol'. Although the normal amount of Coristol is no harmful, the high level of Coristol could make us to be out of our mind.
It is able to make us to be more emotional, anxious and temperamental.Now, I think you could guess the reason we can't escape from the depression circle. It is 'Coristol'.
It can be harmful not only for our mental health but also for our body, extremely high in blood pressure is one of the conspicuous side effect of Coristol.
Then, how can we stop that?
The answer is we should change our focuses. Since we had focused on fear which is one of the forms of negative emotions, we got the negative consequences.
Only if we change our focus or intention, will we able to encounter these obstacles.
There are two more types of focuses or intentions better than this 'Threat-focused'.
