Crying is a natural part of healing,yet so many of you are afraid to express this natural Human emotion for fear of looking weak. I was one of those people, until I saw the need for tears. I found that the surest way I was able to heal after my heartbreak, is by allowing myself to feel through all the emotions and cry, cry, CRY. Tears became almost miraculous, because with each one she'd, I found parts of myself strengthened and it was exactly this, that helped me to rebuild my soul bigger, better and stronger. It's only because I allowed myself to feel through everything, that I truly healed. Who cares if you look weak , or what anyone thinks for that matter. Healing takes time and many tears. So cry. Let it out. Feel. Heal and rebuild.
Besides...tears lubricate your eyes and release toxins. Just in case you needed another reason to cry.
