3. Interest and haram (Unlawful) earnings
One of the signs of The Day Of Judgement is that people will no longer be honest about what they earn and what they sell. They will forget islamic principles and values, and will no longer regard the teachings provided to them.
Unlawful earnings will be common for them, and they will feel no remorse.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be to him) said:
“A time will come upon the people when they will not care as to how he gets his money (wealth) whether legally or illegally.”
[Bukhari]
This hadith proves that people will become lost and confused about Islam and what is right and what is wrong. Even the wrongful believers.
The Qur'an mentions In a verse about the importance of Halal or lawful earnings:
“Eat of what is lawful and pure in the earth, and do not follow in Satan’s steps.”
[2:168]
Allah (Lord) warns us about the haram and unlawful earnings. Yet, as you can see, most people today are paying no such mind to Allah and His Messenger's words. The wrath of Allah is bound to come.
