WOMEN FOR SALE
After 22:00hrs, the bridges of Thane gets covered in red. Sex workers wanders around the city, looking for males; who can pay them enough for a night. Most of their clients are men who work on daily wages.

THANE RAILWAY STATION
Lata, a 32 year old sex worker is stood near the exit of Platform number 10. She was looking at each and every male who walked out of the exit. After few minutes, Sharun walked out of the exit; wearing his one sided bag. He walked towards a local shop and waited near it. Lata saw Sharun waiting near the shop, carrying a red towel. She walked closer to him.
Lata
"Hi, wanna come? There's a room."
Sharun
(looked at her)
"Room? How's the weather?"
Lata
(looked around and whispered in his ear)
"Not too sunny, but the cool breeze will keep us together."
Lata walked away, to the opposite of railway station. Sharun followed her.
A CHAWL
Lata took Sharun to the darkest corner of the city. The house of whores. There were hundreds of hits with no doors. Sharun and Lata walked through a small road, with huts on both sides. They could hear women moaning.
Lata took Sharun to a small house. The house had walls made of stones and a wooden door.
Int. THE HOUSE - NIGHT
Sharun and Lata entered the house. The house had only one room. There was a bed, a table fan and an iron table, on which a water bottle was kept.
Lata sat on the bed. Sharun kept his bag on the table. Lata grabbed Sharun's hands and pulled him closer. He shook off her hands and searched his pockets. He took out two yellow packets from his pocket and kept it on the table.
FEW MINUTES LATER.
A brown girl knocked the doors of the house. Lata opened the door.
Brown girl
"Police!"
The girl ran away.
Lata
(looked at Sharun, who was lying on the bed)
"Police are coming. You need to go."
Lata
(looked out and shouted)
"Run! They are here!"
Lata ran out of the house.
Sharun jumped off the bed, grabbed his bag, put the packets in it and followed Lata.
