* Ba ding!* Kai’s phone went off and he ran to his bed from is text to see who it was. “Hey I’m heading there! :3” Motome texted him. “Okie I’ll be waiting” He said grabbed his bookbag full of snacks and went downstairs as fast as he could. “Bye mom!” He walked-uh- ran out the door before she could say anything “Hey!” She said laughing cause of is messy hair. “I see you had a struggle” She giggled. “Oh!” He laughed and fixed his hair. “Let’s go!” She ran challenging him to a race. “I’m gonna win!” He ran ahead of her. But she kept going ahead. Eventually she won. “Hahahahaha! I won” She sat down and layed on her back looking at the stars. “Woah...so pretty.” She put her hand up to the sky like she was high-fiving it. Then Kai’s head stuck over her’s “Boo!” He sad. “Haha very funny mister.” She said sarcastically. “Anyways Why did you want to meet here?” Motome asked curiously. “Well,I saw you up here this morning and thought if you have a story?” He continued. “‘Cause everyone who comes here has a story well according to everyone in this town. I heard a new family has moved into the town of cherry blossoms. My story is my dad used to take me here at night and talk an look at the stars. And in the morning or afternoon we have a picnic. My mom was named after this town. And my dad, Jay which is a pretty normal name, was named after his great-grandpa.” He said. “So i Always liked being here ‘cause it reminds me of my childhood with dad.” He said and covered his mouth. “Sorry! I talk too much.” He apologized. “It’s fine! It was so interesting! My story isn’t as interesting as yours. So my mom showed me this hill. She used to live here when she was little and used to come up her with her friend that was the same age as her. Her name was Sakura. They used to love coming here. As they got older and through the school years the come here to do homework and play and talk about boys and some sad things too. One day my mom had to move in with her sister who suffered from cancer. She wanted to take care of her. SHe said to Sakura that she will eventually come back.” SHe explained and looked at Kai who his face was priceless. His jaw dropped so low it started to hurt. “M-my mom’s name is S-sakura…” He said. “we need to get your mom and my mom now! Go get your mom and text me when you got her then take her to the hill I will do the same. We can surprise them!” Motome said grabbing her phone and bag. Same did Kai. Kai agreed and went.

Text convo:

Moto: Hey Ka, I got here Come to the hill ASAP!

Kai:   Ok got her!

Motome: My mom keeps asking why and where are we going XD

Kai: Same… I’m outside already

Kai: Make sure your mom doesn't see my mom!

Motome: Ok I’m here Oh I see you!

They put down their phones and uncovered their mom’s eyes.

“Oh my… Sakura” Motome’s mom, Mina, Said with a thick accent.

“Oh my gosh! Mina!” She ran up to her and they had a nice long hug after about 15 years.

Motome and Kai sat there watching them talk and laugh and cry and everything. “I’m so happy to see my mom happy.” Motome looked at her friend that she only knew fro at least a week. “Yeah It makes me want to laugh,cry,talk with them too” Kai said taking his backpack off his back and opened it. “What’s that?” She asked. “It’s a...KIT-KAT!” He held it up high. “What’s that…” She said. “ACK…” He froze. “How...how can you not know what that is?” He said and hurried up and opened the Kit-Kat pack as fast as he could. He gave the whole thing to her and pulled out another one. “Eat it! It’s so good I promise!” He shoved it in his mouth. “SOOO GOOD!” He said. Motome took a tiny bite, but was enough so that she can taste most of it. “...it’s...so...GOOD!” She said and ate the whole thing as fast as she could. “NOOO IT’S GONE!” She cried. “Here” He handed his piece to her. “Thanks!” She said and this time she ate it a little slower. “Yum!” THey both said at the same time and laughed. “Alrighty Kai we have to go home” She got up and hugged Mina one last time. “Say goodbye to your boyfriend” Mina teased. “MOM! HE’S NOT MY- ugh forget it. BYe kai” She hugged him. “I got hugged by a G-girl1’ He thought and blushed. “Bye!” He smiled.
