"Mrs. Samantha your duty is changed by Dr.Smith , now you have to give your time to the patient of room no.139 a patient suffering from emotional trauma"  the junior nurse Stella informs  Samantha at the front of room no . 231
A disappointment over the face of the patient of room no. 231 . She loves Samantha as her nurse and every patients loves Samantha because she is a mother figure lady for all . She is aged , very loving , caring and a responsible nurse . 
Samantha herself was unhappy by the fact that she have to leave the little girl but work is work after all. For the last time she kiss the little girls forehead and said her in a soft tone " Don't be upset sweetie tomorrow is the last day of your in this hospital I will come with a good bye and with a chocolate for sure. Now smile my little girl" 
"Bye" the little girl said with teary eyes and a smile on her face.
"That's my Sweetie , Bye"  Samantha bids her and take her way to the room no .139 .

"Hi mrs. Samantha how it's going? "  the junior doctor asks her with a smile on his face.
"Oh!  good like every day" Samantha smiles back.

Every one knows mrs. Samantha because she is working for 30 years in the hospital.  she is the most senior and respected Nurse . She is now in her late 50s . Her husband died 7 years ago causing cancer ,she has a daughter and a son . they are just busy in their own life and Samantha also doesn't want to be a headache for her young son & daughter so, she   prefers to live her life with her own profession and hobbies.

Standing in the front of the room . 139 she thoughts something and then took a smile on her face and entered the room . she saw a girl sitting on the bed with her head buried between two legs. her hospital dress was dirty and her bed quite a mess . she take her time by watching the girl and then make a move towards the girl . her steps were near silent on the floor.  she set on the chair beside the bed making a noise but the girl still set their motionlessly.

Samantha was the first to break the silence.  "Hi I am Samantha your new nurse" She introduced her self in a weak voice , she knows a patient dealing with trauma hates loud noise.

She waited but no response was coming from the girl but in this moment she once lift her head to face Samantha and for 10 seconds she stared at her with no word . Samantha smiled when she first lift her head but the smile faded when she saw her eyes ,  dark circles were visible,  her eyelids were down and giving her a sleepy look but what Samantha could feel that was the pain which was unvisible but was there . Apart from that she was a gorgeous lady with brown hair and pale pink lips . in her late 20s guessed Samantha . But  Time took her beauty and something that's not good. Samantha can guess that something very terrible happened with her in the past time . She was feeling curious the fact that she look like little bit of her daughter make her think much more than usual.  She was in lost ......................
..............." Time's bending sickle" ........

Then something shook her thoughts. She then search for her beg wich she found beside the bed on the floor . a dull grey coloured beg . She opened it and found some clothes and some books 'look like she loves reading' .
Samantha herself is a reader , she love to lost in her own world while reading books , it's make her happy and helps her to feel light . She knows the fact that she could never receive pain by reading something. 
"Hmm ,look like you really like serious things girl " she couldn't help but made that comment by seeing her tests in books .
"Oh ! I miss something " underneath there a diary under the beg . A brown diary.  Samantha took a hold of it and open it to notice a photo of the girl with a old man in chair.  She guessed it's her father " You two looked happy together" not to mention the fact that Samantha loves to read personal diary secretly .
when her daughter was young she used to write random things on her diary and everytime she got chance she open it to find some interesting secrets.  She never being caught by her daughter......... she smiled to the memories. 

"Mrs. Samantha dr. Smith is Calling your name to discuss something over the patient "  a nurse informed her with a smile.
But Samantha was not feeling happy with the fact that she have to leave the diary and the girl.
with a Sigh she left the room and the diary at it's place........'after all work is work' .

"Off!"
