Life is Not A Game

You know, nowadays, people often seem to make me notice that life is being treated more like a game than what it actually is. People are now playing it as a game rather than living it as a life. To others life has now become a game. The things that you should or shouldn't do, what you can do or can not do, the things you're supposed to do or aren't supposed to do. For example, when someone texts you, you shouldn't text right back, you shouldn't wait until later to do it. When you love someone, you aren't supposed to show it until they do. When you're going out, you can't do it unless you're looking the best you can. Haven't you ever wondered "how did end up like this?'' Or "When did I start caring about what others think?" Because of this thinking the lives we want are now long gone. Now, it became a game that you're either willing or disappointed in yourself to play. But in my opinion, life is far more unpredictable to play, so why should I just waste it without even trying to live it? Everyone wants to live it the way they want and I do too. When someone texts me, I won't pretend that I didn't see it, or ignore it for later, I'll text them right back the second they do. When I'll love someone, I won't wait for them to say it first. I'll go straight up to them and pour my heart to them with pure sincerity. When I'm going out, I won't even think about what others might think of me. This is my life, not theirs, so I don't live it for them, but for me. Now, it's your turn to do the same by your own self because no one will do it for you.
