Chapter twelve
"Oh lord", Rosa screamed while Isabella stood up immediately.
"So its you, the one who is trying to take Nick away from me" Pat said sarcastically.
"Who are you?" Isabella asked.
"Why is that important?, what matters is that I am going to kill you". Pat told her.
"You have to get through me first" Rosa said hurling the mug of chocolate at her.
"That's easy to do, you are weak, all humans are" Pat answered holding the mug she had caught with ease.
"I would not allow you to be with Nick, not even a moment longer" Pat continued.
"If Nick finds out, he wouldn't spare you" Isabella threatened.
"What if I make sure he does not" Pat answered lifting Isabella with a hand while Rosa kept on hurling objects at her.
He felt a pang in his chest, Isabella was beckoning on him again in a desperate way, she must be in danger.
The connection between them was stronger than it had even been with Martha.
He left the pub immediately, and dashed for her house.
He didn't have to struggle with the door, it was gone.
Isabella was in real danger and also at the hands of the one who had pleaded for another chance from him.
He was right not to have trusted her again.
He dashed at her with a full force, taking her unawares, she loosed grip on Isabella as Nick ran her against the wall.
Hitting her hardly on the face, how could she have come here.
"How dare you?" He growled.
