Commander pauses as if he remembered something. He turned to me
"Is light the fastest?" He asked
"Wrong timing "
"Answer now "
"No, because wherever the light goes, the dark was already there "
Their eyes widened
"Fuck we went straight to the trap" he mutters.
"Can someone tells me what the hell is going on?!"
"The dragon's heart is in your puce"
That's means they want to take my puce. but it's connected with my brain. If someone removes it, it will remove a chunk of my celebrain. That means I'm going to die. But the ones that I care are my family
"Where are my family?" I asked
"Take her," he says to the cloveks who came with us.
They started dragging me back. I started to resist, but there was no use.
"Stop, please, my family. . ." I begged but suddenly a loud woman's screaming echoed through the hallways, my mom's screams. They froze but not looking at me or towards the scream, instead, they froze in fear, gaze fixed behind. I turned. And I found that the little girl was shot by two half men that just popped out around the corner. I ran towards one of them while the man was taking the gun out.
I started punching one of the half men down while the man killed the other half men. And he died finally.
I looked back, the mother was sobbing next to her hurt daughter. I went to them, realized that she shot under the lung. No way she can survive. And we all know that. I kneed down
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have allowed you to come with me, "I say, tears rolling down my face
"Shh... I'm proud of being. .with you, we are all. . . going to die, someday. The important. . . . is how we are going to die" she said as her last breath was out.
Her mother let out a hysterical scream. I let a cry out. The man went for ammo. But then I ran to him, grabbed a gun. And ran to the hall.
I ignored the shouts and " stops" I didn't look back. I'm going to let her pay the price. I kept running like there's no tomorrow.
And I reached in front of the gate of the hall. There are four half men standing there. I shot at them and opened the heavy gate. Commander and mom and John were all in different cages. And top of all that, the alpha was sitting there, with four half men standing behind here. And there was screen, cloves and half men were in a war, killing each other. They couldn't take them out to safety.
"I was expecting you, " Sarah says
"I trusted you, my mom did too"
"Your mom is such a fool, your brother is such a liar"
"What?"
"Don't listen to her, grace?" John says
"Shut up, let's say the ugly truth, shall we? One: your brother is a liar because he isn't your real brother. Two: he's a murderer

So back to the present, pick one" says Sarah.
"Pick one what?" I asked
"I'm not a bad person, but I did bad stuff, I don't want to be such a brutal person" she laughs " let's really see who you hate the most? Who would you sacrifice? Your mom, your brother or your crush. One fool, one liar, one traitor "
