My name is Nirmala Narayani. Yeah, I know what you guys are thinking....How can someone have such a boring, long name?
I got a solution for your problem. You can call me Nina. Ni for Nirmala and Na for Narayani. I was named after two greatest persons... My grand parents.
All these years... I lived like a loser. I used be like that one person who wears a clowns costumes to a funeral. When I reached the age of understanding, I realized why my classmates used to laugh at me when our teacher took attendance.

I used sit on the bench, holding my bag tightly. And whenever someone called out my name, I used to hide my face with the bag. Pretending as if I don't exist. To me, my best friends were Jippu and Jippy - two characters from a comic written by Sharun.

His comics taught me that, we don't need to be like others. His comics were boring, not at all funny....but, there was passion in it. And that's all what we need, a true effort at everything we do.
After surviving my school days, when I reached college; I started introducing myself as Nina. I used to look at myself in the mirror and say
Nirmala Narayani is Dead. That shy girl who used to run away from people is dead. You are Nina now. People will love you. It's time for change.
