Meet -Poema
I look at our Zeta, the hair on his head reaching for the sky. He turns to all of us and smirked like he had a secret. He probably did! He shouts, "Okay, mutts, let's get one thing straight. We fight today not just for ourselves, but for honor and freedom. Remember that as you enter the battlefield." He grins wolfishly, "Who's ready to spill some blood?!"

Shouting erupts, all of us saying the same thing, "We are!"

All I've ever know is fighting, for there is nothing else to know. We have our ranks and our Alpha, what else could we need?

We emerge from the tent hungry for the war that was to come. The redolent of metal hung heavy in the air. Sweat gleaned off my brother's and sister's brows. Our claws shine, ranging from ebony to pearly white. The wind bites at the bare skin of our faces and arms. Our chainmail and plates clink as we march towards battle. Smoke and melted iron burns my sensitive nose. Clouds hung drunkenly over us, cloaking us in thick mist. The hair at the back of my neck raises as we see Alpha Bronze, our sworn enemy. He grimances at the first glimpse of us. A growl climbs its way out of my throat, but my barred teeth stop it from escaping.
