Chapter Nine

"Ariel"

My granny asks me why haven't Andre come down to see us I told her that, he doesn't live with us and that mommy had put him out the house because he got expelled again and said since he thinks he grew then get out.

After I told her that she was mad as hell, I told her I'm upset about it to me and Samantha is.

The next day I had told her I am talking to him on Facebook and that I think I know where he lives and she asked me where I told her

he still lives down here in Richmond and that if I'm positive the address in the message is correct then that's where he lives. So she called my mommy and told her to come over so did she did.

I told them kids, not to tell my mom what happened between me and Andre but they had to run they big ass mouth, when I got to my mom house she told me that we're going to go visit this address that she believes

Dre is at I told her fine but when she told me I had to go, I roll my eyes and said alright and a day later we were on the west end of Richmond at the doorstep of the house that Ariel said he should be at.

Everybody was scared to knock on the door so I went ahead and knock and a Jamaican man answer the door I was about to turn around

but before I could Ariel ask did Andre live here and he said yeah and told us to come in and wait until he goes get his son.

"Andreyon"

I'm outside shooting hoops when my dad told me to come inside because some people are looking for me I asked him what people because I know I didn't do shit wrong

but he said a girl had asked for me I told what girl and he said just come inside and take a look for yourself so I did.

"Alex"

When I and Andre got back inside I told them where he was, and the girl who asked for him said that's not Dre I told her yes it is and Dre told me he doesn't know her either. I'm like you ask for Andre, this is him.

And that the only Andre we know is AJ and his dad Andre, an- wait, wait I hear Andreyon say to them cutting me off mid-sentence.

They're not the only Dre's we know besides me they might be talking about Gavin because his name used to be

Andre to but mom said she change his name so everybody won't get confused and that too many of us have that name. The girl asked us who Gavin is I told her my adopted son and told them to follow me.

We walk into this room and the guy told us to shh and he asked me is this the Andre we're looking for. I smile and said yes he told us to wait a minute so we set there and watch him and this girl talking

Come on Gavin paint my toes laughs Kayliee

Man Kayliee I'm not painting your toes you can do it yourself laughs Gunz

Kayliee:

Five minutes later

I asked the man what his name he told me his name is Alex and that his wife name is Kayla I and my family told her Hi and she smiles and told us hello.

I had to cut into the conversation to ask this Alex nigga how long we going to be standing here when I hear the girl asked Andre:

I'ma see you later Kayliee told me I told her is she sure she told me, yeah and she will be right back she's going to go pick up little Mari from his pops house I kiss her bye and watch her walk away.

As I was watching her, I hear my dad at the door I look at him and he told me to come into the house because he has some people he likes for me to meet.
