Days later.
First day of college, after vacation.
In the classroom.
Vaishnavi was sitting in the classroom. Reji went to her.
Reji "Hi !!"
Vaishnavi "Hey, What's up ?"
Reji "Coming to Canteen ?"
Vaishnavi "Sure, let's go."
Vaishnavi and Reji went to the canteen.
In the Canteen.
Reji "I want to.... I want to ask you....."
Vaishnavi [interrupted] "What you want ?"
Reji "I'll have a coke."
Vaishnavi "Ohh. By the way, what were you asking ?"
Reji "Nothing."
Vaishnavi "No, you were asking something."
Reji "No, I was asking about 'What should we eat,' that's it."
Vaishnavi "Ohh...okay."
Few minutes later.
Reji [in his mind] "Ask her you dumb ass. You can do it."
Reji [exhales] "Vaishnavi....."
Vaishnavi [interrupted] "You finished your coke ?"
Reji "Yes I did."
Reji and Vaishnavi left the canteen.
On their way back to class, Reji was still thinking about proposing her.
Reji [in his mind] "Ask her ? Ask her about it ? She loves you, but she won't tell you. You need to ask her."
Vaishnavi "Reji, Can I ask you something ? You shouldn't lie, okay ?"
Reji was dreaming about Vaishnavi proposing him. So, he thought, she was going to propose him.
Reji [blushingly] "Sure, I won't lie."
Vaishnavi "Do you have a girlfriend ?"
Reji "No, why ?"
Vaishnavi "Nothing. Just asked."
Reji "No, there's a reason. Tell me, come on."
Abdullah bumped into their conversation.
Abdullah "Hi !!"
Vaishnavi "Hi !"
Abdullah "Sorry to interrupt you guys but, Reji come let's go."
Abdullah dragged Reji with him. He took him to the ground, for playing football.
That day, at night.
In the Men's hostel, in Reji's room.
Reji was lying on his bed, thinking about Vaishnavi.
Reji [in his mind] "This motherfucker Abdullah won't let me talk to her. He destroyed my happy moment."
Reji cont'd [in his mind] "Why did she asked me that ? She loves me ? Yes, I think she loves me."
Reji hugged the pillow and jumped into the dream land.
At the girls hostel.
In Vaishnavi's room.
Vaishnavi "Reji is single."
Lavanya "Really ?"
Vaishnavi "Yes, I asked him."
Lavanya "Did you said anything about me ?"
Vaishnavi "No I didn't."
Lavanya "Thank god."
Vaishnavi "But, you should tell him about it."
Lavanya "How can I tell him, we don't talk much. All we have is a Hi-Bye relation."
Vaishnavi "You can tell him about it on the PRANKSTERS DAY."
Vaishnavi cont'd "And, if he doesn't loves you, you can tell him it was a prank."
Lavanya "Yeah, that's good."
At Mens hostel.
In Reji's room.
Reji [in his mind] "I should confess my love to her."
Reji [in his mind] "I'll confess my love to her on the PRANKSTERS DAY."
Abdullah "Reji, what are you doing ?"
Reji "What ?"
Abdullah "What are you going to perform on the Talent show ?"
Reji "I'll do nothing. By the way, when is it ?"
Abdullah "It's next week, on PRANKSTERS DAY."
Reji "What are you going to perform ?"
Abdullah "I'll do a stand up."
Reji "Hmm.... All the best."
