Now Mr.Beckhard, who was her uncle also had a son, named Ruth who also studied law. When Mr.Beckhard saw that Adelaide was prospering in her subject, he started to grow jealous of her. He hatched a plan. The ungrateful Mr.Beckhard sold Adelaide to an ugly man who was his friend, who lived in Mennington. Adelaide couldn't do anything because her uncle had tricked her and told her that his friend wanted to see her. Adelaide was abandoned to her bad fate by her own uncle! She couldn't help but cry. But you know? Wherever Adelaide went, she always had her books with her. So she studied even there.

Spelling errors- chapter name--- Abandoned 12th line-- abandoned.
6th line--- hatched a plan ( hacked is not used for plans)
Correct them...
