Now meanwhile what was going on in the village, Bellfield? Nobody was able to find Sharyn. Sharyn, who couldn't spend a single day without Adelaide had fled from the village to Middenheim to see her. She caught the train and then came down to the bus terminal. But she accidentally(according to her) caught the bus, that went to Mennington. She actually went in the correct direction! Now while walking through the streets of Mennington, she suddenly saw Adelaide's face popping out through the window. She immediately ran towards her, shouting out,'Adelaide! It's me, Sharyn!' Adelaide spotted her and with Sharyn's help, she escaped! And when Mr.Beckhard's friend came to check whether, Adelaide was there or not, to his surprise, he saw she was not there!
