Once was a girl with dark brown eyes She has a friend but But was in discise He is nameless not so tame He wanted her fortune He wanted her fame He stayed with her to keep her safe But he was more than a guardian Cause he had Faith She fell in love,he did to So when she sleeps in bed She thinks of you When she woke to morning light You was by her All through the night You say one day You'll loose the girl But how can you loose her If you have her world One day she'll be married And have kids of her own But you'll still be there Cause there's no place like home She still talks to you When her husband's all busy Asks you how's life As you say she looks pretty Her kids have grown up Her husband's all gone Still she never gives up She writes you a song Now she is sick And doesn't want to go But you still hold her tight Say I want you to know I have always been there But it's your time to go Tears fall from your eyes But you don't want her to know She takes one last breath So you kiss her goodbye You knew that one day Soon she will die You think of the memories That you had together She will be in your heart forever And ever But when you turn and walk away You hear a voice What does.she say I will love you day and.night Now I'm immortal And all is right If you would say I love you to I promise I will Make it up to you You slowly smile And kiss the girl For she's the one that had your world I am the girl with dark brown eyes I have a friend and you are mine Church bells ring we say I do Forever I'll say I love you
