I saw the devil In the mirror. I saw the weakness In my heart. I hear the howl Of my soul. The devil said me: "All is right". "Alright?!", Repeat i him. "Then why i cry? Please! Tell me why?!" The devil answered nothing. "I don't know. I know only, That in the world Are two things Which make People weep. The first Is happiness. The second Is sadness". I smile through one's tears. "The truth from your leaps Made me happy. Sadness and pain can kill me, But i can keep peace of mind Because of you. Thank you, devil. Thank you. And in that moment I know why i cry. I saw a dream, and there were you, And there was coldness in your eyes. I wonder what a kind of true Made you become as cold as ice. And later I looked back to get a sense This empty glance was hellish call of past. It used to be a high and strong defense Against the world, the pain and me at last. You looked at me, and peering in your soul, I felt so lonely, as something vital died. And that is what I fear most of all - That nothing gentle will remain inside. Inside of you. Inside of me as well. And nothing will be said to farewell.
