Сьогонді я зрозуміла, що я вже не я Що серце не б'ється у грудях, Що я не жива. Намагаюсь згадати... У пам'яті щось замигтіло, Якісь гарнії сни... Чи то кошмари?.. Намагаюсь згадати... Та у серце, точніш, де то було колись У грудях щось як заболить.. Щось до болю знайоме, Щось до болю моє... Чи то вітер холодний, Чи сонце-то запальне... То був хлопець, знайомий до болю Але такий він чужий... Намагаюсь згадати... Намагаюсь згадати, що так хотіла забути, Що була здатна вбити себе? Я пам'ятаю... Я пам'ятаю то світле волосся, На сонці що златом блистить. Я пам'ятаю блакитнії очі: Лише вони могли мене вбить. Посмішку ту пам'ятаю... Пам'ятаю ту мить, коли одним своїм поглядом Обірвав ти життя мого мить.

I saw a dream, and there were you, And there was coldness in your eyes. I wonder what a kind of true Made you become as cold as ice. And later I looked back to get a sense This empty glance was hellish call of past. It used to be a high and strong defense Against the world, the pain and me at last. You looked at me, and peering in your soul, I felt so lonely, as something vital died. And that is what I fear most of all - That nothing gentle will remain inside. Inside of you. Inside of me as well. And nothing will be said to farewell.
