The moment Alexandra ran away which Lara refers as “The Hunter” we immediately get out of the cave follow her tracks.

“Why would Alexandra ran away from me? Is it because she’s already infected?” I asked while Lara and I are still running.

“I doubted. Based from her actions and way of thinking, I’m pretty sure she’s in a good health”

“Then why would sh-“

I was about to continue asking Lara gave me a sharp look. I don’t know what it is for? All I know there is more questions than answers.

In Lara’s perspective why would the government leave their soldiers without a back up? Why would the government do that? Why would they leave someone they trust to this stupid place? The place that ruined everything. The place that took everything from me.

As we keep on following Alexandra’s track the grass are getting taller and taller that makes us run slower.

Why in the world would Alexandra do this to me? I thought she loves me? Or maybe she doesn’t recognized me? Maybe that is the reason! That must be it! I should tell her who I am.

Alexandra’s track lead us to a huge abandoned building. It looks like a laboratory. Why would there be a laboratory inside this mysterious forest?

We stopped from running and end up looking a the huge huge glass like door. Before I could say I word, Lara said something that made my heart ache.

“She’s not the person you think she is”

How can she say something like that? She doesn’t even know me in the first place. How can Lara say something so insensitive?

“You don’t even know m-“

An arrow almost hit me again but because of Lara we both dodge it. Lara pointed her rifle to Alexandra and planning to shoot her but of course I interfered. I push the rifle to another direction for her to miss the shot.

“What the fuck are you doing?!” Lara shouted.

Because of what I did, Lara missed the shot and Alexandra got away. I can’t let her kill my wife. I can’t lose her again.

“Saving my goddamn wife!” I replied.

Lara punched me in the face, with my heavy cheeks I can feel how strong she is.

“Goddamn it! William! You let her escape!”

Lara blamed me.

Wait. How did she knew my name? I did not even tell her my name. Aside from that is this is the first time we meet. How the hell did she knew my name?

“How did you know my name?”

“I don’t have time to explain! Let’s go!”

She grab my hand and without any second thought she kick the glass like door and entered the laboratory.

As soon as we enter the laboratory it is pitch black. I cant see a single thing. How can Lara run in this situation? Good thing she’s holding my hand.

“Where the hell is it?” Lara talking to herself.

“Where’s what?” I asked.

“The generator. Aha! Found it!”

Lara let go of my hand and started using the generator. Within a minute it finally works. The lights turns on and I can hear the loud sound of the generator.

“Let’s go d- I mean William” said Lara then grab my hand for another time.

She reloads her rifle and looks at me with her blue eyes. It reminds me of something but I can’t remember.

“Hey you didn’t answer my question earlier! How did you know my name Lara?!”

“I’ll answer your question once we are done here” she answered then started to move again.

The laboratory looks so huge, it feels like I’m walking inside the mall. When you look straight there is broken golden globe. Then when you look left and right there is a lot of rooms. This Laboratory is really huge.

“This is not the right time to be amazed” Lara argued. I didn’t reply I just look at her with a plain face.

We slowly walk for a moment. As we walk around the laboratory, there’s an empty room and we both saw Alexandra inside. Lara started running and went inside but I’m too slow to follow. As soon as Lara went inside the door suddenly closed.

Lara and I got separated.

“I’ll go follow her!” Said Lara.

“Okay! I’ll find another entrance”

Lara smiled with her beautiful lips then I felt a headache for a moment.

“Take care” Lara said then started to follow Alexandra.

What happened? I felt something strange. There’s a sudden headache. What the hell is going on? As I look at Lara slowly disappear my heart felt uneasy. I have no answer why.

I step it aside for a moment and look around to find another way then there is a vent. I used my spear to remove the cover and crawl inside it. Good thing my body is kind a flexible. I crawl and crawl until I fell down with a another huge room. Good thing the light is on.

I picked up myself and stand up straight while holding Lara’s spear. As I look around it made me realized that I’m inside the operating room. There’s a lot of computers and corpses. Dead scientists.

I tried to walk around until I saw a recording tape. I almost ignore it until I saw my name on it.

What in the heaven? Why does my name is here? I even found a desk with my name on it also. I have no memory working here?I have no idea.

I pressed the recording tape and my voice started to speak.
