The sun beams afar Making bright the horizon The joy with which it fills my heart Is far beyond description The brilliance of the sky The radiance that now greets the dawn Paints the wonder of the aurora Right in my very sight A new day is born The sunbeam-bird hums along The brightness of the firmament Gives every living thing their joyful song A song of hope I sing For a new zest, the sunbeam brings Giving me a newness with which to begin My day without limit I sing a song of joy To Him who gives me hope The very essence of my being Through whom I freely live His Joy is birth in me Even as I freely receive The wonders of His gifts to me The newness of His Grace towards me A new day is dawn A new morn is come The most prized possession I receive Is the gift of a sparkly New Day! ©heavenly_broadcast
