Chapter 29. Too good to be real
Sheril was standing she wasn't afraid of the man in the hood. She stood in front of him and was waiting. Jody said:"Go away!". Jody just like became braver. But after a second he shot and Isabel fall down. The man in the hood immediately run away. Visitors was afraid and called police and ambulance. After 2 minutes all of them came right to the cafe. Lems came too. Sheril told him something and then Lems said that Sheril cannot investigate this case. She is so shocked about Mal's death that she is thinking that wrong things are right.( I hope you understood what I am telling about) So Jody had to investigate the case alone. Isabel was also her friend. But they weren't too close. As a detective Jody had to wait for call . One, two, three hours and no call. She decided to call by herself. She called "6".
But noone unswered. Only 1 message:" Just find killer. No time limit.".
"That would be easier that I thought."- thought Jody.
Next 1 hour Jody was finding strange relatives that Isabel had. But all of them were normal. I could say ideal. Perfect. "Too good to be real."- thought Jody.
Jody went to Isabel's house.
Talking with Isabel's mom:
- Hi, Mrs Connolly.
- Hello. Who are you?
- I am Isabel's friend and detective.
- Ok, can you tell me your name?
- Jody. And I have some questions for you. Can you unswer?
- Of course.
- Why your family is so ideal? No parking fines. And no story before 2010. Just like you are hiding something.
- Go away! And turn back with the police and my lawyer.
- It can help me to find your daughter's killer.
- I said go away!

So, her family is hiding something. Jody had to find it by herself.
