What is this feeling?

I can feel his presence. I can feel that he is somewhere around the world even though I don't know him. Am thinking about a stranger. A stranger whom I don't know but can feel him. What is this feeling? Whenever I feel him, it makes me happy. I don't know why. I don't know how we will meet but I feel that if the right time comes, he will come for me. He is special and that is why I feel his presence even though I have never seen him. What is this feeling? Does he feel what I feel? Will he be my other half? Or is all this my thinking? What is this feeling?
