House on the sea
Do you remember?
You once walked over wooden boards
To a house
that sat on stilts in the sea.
You have wandered lost a long time then.
The fairy tales warned you,
Of love and fear,
Of Angels and Beasts.
The moon painted me black,
Those sketches you believed.
And so,
You and I
Will become a memory,
Of a memory of a memory,
Shut and lost
in that house on the sea.
