Today is The Reaping
A day of happiness
But also sadness
Families relieved their children will not be slaughtered for entertainment
But others who are aren't as glad
Families who weep
Their children now have been reaped
Thousands of names in a bowl
But only two dead
But today is different
My sister is dead
But she is alive
For I have brought her back to life
I am a tribute
And so is the boy with the bread
We both are now dead
Just like my father
However
I might be Victor
If I fight
With my life and the boy with the bread
I am a tribute
Yet am I dead
Along with the boy with the bread

I have no truth
No recollection
My only connection
Is with temptation

To be aware
But with care
To be in love
Not in love with what's between
But with what's within
To wash away all sins
What's it like to be sober?
To deal with pain
But not feel drained
Then refill again
To die again
