it fascinates me, how you can hide your pain from anyone, even from me. you always hide your pain. like it was something scary, that you don't wanna in the face of it. even though it wasn't. you know, you can show me your pain. even if it's scary.

the walls were pastel purple, while having so many memories on it. children's photos glued on the wall, bus and cinema tickets, drawings, and quilling made by her grandmother. as he entered the flat, every he got down his
vans shoes, while she got down her dr. martens'. the fridge was next to the door, while next to that, it was the parrot, which her grandmother owned. as he put down his shoes, she threw him in her grandmother's room, where they greeted each other, with a handshake. he was worried, because of meeting her mother, even though he didn't show any scares.
after, he went into her mother's room, where they again, greeted each other with a handshake as her mother said her name. the mother's room was simple, laptop on the bed and plants on the little coffee table.
as they went into his girlfriend's room, they entered the room, as if there weren't enough air outside. her walls were full of stupid things, like maps of the world, of some cities in romania, and some plants on the corner of the window.
he was amazed by all these things, all those photos of her girlfriend while she was small made him fascinated. he was actually fascinated by her whole room. they started talking.
"put on some music" he said, and she did put on a song, which was by lil peep, 'kiss'. he wanted a perfect background. the song started playing. adrenaline rush. so much of it, that she nearly forgot to breathe, her eyes jumped from his lips to his eyes, and her heart was a ticking bomb. they started kissing.
maybe time stopped when his lips met hers. her heart pounded in her chest as her knees got weaker. she could only focus on how soft his lips were, like a piece of cotton candy.
it still wasn’t clear if she dreamed this moment or it was real, but there was raw emotion in the way his fingers curled around her hair. he kept his eyes half open, sneaking a peek at her every time he came back for air, just to make sure this wasn’t a product of his imagination.
after, he wrapped both arms around her frame.
at first he was definitely nervous, but then she touched the back of his head, his curly hair, and she stroked it in a reassuring way, he wasn't so nervous anymore.
her lips brushed his, softly, delicately, like butterfly wings, just long enough that he could inhale her breath, feel the warmth of her skin, and the taste of her lipstick.
as they stopped, they started talking. the music kept on going, while she leaned on his shoulder for some affection.
as she got up instantly, she realized she needed a cigarette, so she went to her mother's room for one. as she came back, she saw him laid down on the bed. she lit up her cigarette, and put it in her mouth. she took the first drag, while he looked at her, and at her brown eyes, in which he saw forevers. then he started making photos of her, and him. she always covered her face, for being shy. then he kissed her again.
