Everything is happiness Happiness is everything.Even bad guys want happiness,They rob,thieved,etc.. and even kill other for their own happiness. For example - Robers, they rob and they get money, this is only for their happiness,yer.Another example - ISIS - they are terrorist, they kill people and even sacrafied their life to kill people because they are persuade and brain washed by their leader that whenever they kill people,they will see god when they die.this is only for their happiness.science says that happiness can cure any patients even, cancer patients .If the patients like music,you can cure them with their favourite music which can make them happy and when you do that daily the patients become happy and recover from their disease even cancer.people think that money is life and thought that becoming rich and earning good salary can make you happy,the answer is 'NO'.It is not true. Even some rich people can't have a happy life, they are unhappy with their life.Some poor people are happy and they have a healthy life. I won't say money is not important. Money is very important but it is not life and it is not everything.you don't need money for happiness.you need money it but not only money is needed.Learn how to become happy.Even monks Understand how to become happy they don't have desires anymore.People are doing bad and good things only for their happiness.I am here to help you become happy.Watch this till end,this will change your life.Here are some ways and tips to become happy.They are -:l •Live a stress free life.Paint,draw,write and do other activities which reduce stress.Laugh often,laughing reduce stress. •Avoid things,people,and other things which make you feel sad and stressed. •Let go of past.Always stay in the present,your happiness is always in the present.Enjoy your life in the present,stop being anxious about your future.I don't tell you don't think about your future,you can think but don't feel sad or anxious about your future. •Always stay comfortably.Don't do things which make you uncomfortable.You are your master of your life,don't let other to master you or your life.You are the one who has the right to decide or make decision of your life where there it is right or wrong. •Don't be so humble and nice to other.There is a limit is everything.There should be a balance between good and bad,that's why yin and yang symbolize the balance between good and bad.Be nice but there is a limit.you don't need to be like jesus or lord buddha.Being so nice can get you in trouble.
