3 tips for you, guys.
1. Read good books written by good writers.
2. Always practice. I believe in the saying that practice makes perfect.
3. Find someone who can critique your work. Make sure that "someone" won't sugargoat just to alleviate your morale. Find someone who is brave enough to tell you your flaws. Someone who can make you realize things like, "Ahh, I get it. It is somewhat 'jejemon'. It is better if I write it in a way like this..."
I hope this helps you in writing stories, poems in one way or another. :)
