Meet Jack Cassidy: a sixteen-year-old girl who lives with her widowed, strict father in New York. Passionate, wild, and determined, Jack uses her imaginative mind to direct various films with her best friend, Austin Hale. Recently, Austin has just sign themselves up for another film competition, but this time, Scott Davis, a famous director, is going to put the winning film in the Oscars for everyone to see. Though up to the task, Jack's father forced Jack to retire from directing, making her seem reluctant to create movies again.  All of a sudden, a famous Australian director named Ellie Jones dies of liver cancer. Stricken by her death, Elle's billionaire great-great-grandson, Warren Cole, owns her ashes, materials, and her money. However, he doesn't follow her request to have her ashes dumped in the Tasman Sea, prompting Jack to steal the jar, recruit a reluctant Austin, and go to Australia to document and honor her late idol. But as police and their parents are tracking their every move, Jack and Austin will wonder how far they'll go to complete their mission. Can they honor Elle's memory, or will they spend the rest of their life behind bars?
