This is our history We started out as streams Flowing in the same direction We merged together and formed The most beautiful river We gave life to all around us We were a refuge to those Dying of thirst But winter came our flow wasn't as stong Our place of refuge has become Barren and desolate The air is dank and now Our surroundings define us.. The ground consumed the best of me And you were commited to the sky And now only a rainy day Can bring us together again. Dying for waterfalls is how you Left this old man river. I never knew you were my life giver.

This is a song I wrote 2 years ago,it's not good but I had 1 day to prepare it for a project.I had to perform it with my friend violet,and it wasn't that bad.
