Життя, зупинка, ранок, рух автомобілів Крізь сонні очі бачу вдалині Як поспішають люди, сповнені надії А я стою з портфелем на спині Життя, зупинка, рух, сонце у зеніті. Очі примружені... та бачу вдалині Як посміхаються маленькі діти А я стою з цигаркою в руці Зупинка, галас, шалений рух автомобілів Весь переляканий я чую вдалині Протяжний звук сирени, шуми вибухів І поспіхом шукаю паспорт та ключі Зруйнована зупинка, тиша, вечір. Крізь сльози й дим я бачу вдалині НенАвисть, біль, загублені дитячі речі. І навколо немає ні душі... Життя, зупинка, метушіння, рух автомобілів Крізь спогади кошмарні бачу вдалині Як йде відновлення старих кварталів А я тримаю внучку, весь у сивині Життя... .
