Today is another day, it's already been a month since the last time I cried around Catarina's arms. I felt relieved after that. Now I'm wearing my new blue polo shirt with a white t-shirt on it, with a combination of black shorts and black shoes.

People wanted me to wear something since today is my birthday but I ended up picking something I really like.

My house are full of guess. Even though I don't have friends during my high school days, after we graduated some of them did their best to contact to know if I'm doing fine which gave me another light.

—She's late. Said I quietly.

Then there's a buzz from outside, I immediately run to see if she's already here. As soon as I open the door, I was right it was her.

“Catarina!” I shouted

“Happy Birthday!” Greeted Catarina then gave me a hug.

Everything starts all over again. We're back from zero. We came back from being friends and started a new start.

I let her enter my house to meet the other guess. Then-

“Is everyone already here?” I asked.

“Well actually no” Rafael shouted.

Yes Rafael the guy who beat my ass before. Who bullied me and humiliated me before but hey- we're good now. We step it aside and also take a good start.

We became friends after we had a drink. It was fun talking to him. Rafael became a big brother to me. He wanted to protect and make sure everyone from my circles of friends are alright.

“Right Catarina?” Rafael asked while looking at her.

I was so confused so I end up looking at Catarina.

“Yep! Someone's still missing ”Catarina replied.

“Who?”

“Me” a familiar female voice coming from behind.

As I look behind me, there's a beautiful woman who's wearing a white dress same goes to her heels. Even though her black hair was short she manage to tie it like a ponytail.

“Happy Birthday” Tala said.

“Happy birthday too!” Someone from behind her greeted me also. It was Angel.

Everyone was shouting 'Happy Birthday Liam!'

I thought I was dreaming. Tala came closer. She's beautiful as her name.

I held her right hand and kiss it.

“Fly me to the moon?” She asked.

“I'll definitely fly you to the moon”

And the song started playing.

And there I knew I still love her.

I grab her waist and started coming closer to her face. Tala gave me her smile that made me fall in love with her more. Then her soft and warm left hand is around my neck. She pulled me closer to her and felt the sweet and soft of her lips.

For the first time. We kissed.

As the song ends. It made me realized as I kiss her lips.

I'm really happy that I waited.
