У чорній воді, у глибокій воді, Де промені сонця не сяють. У тій каламутній, в'язкій глибині Істоти незнані співають. Їх очі смарагдовим сяйвом пала. Воно людей з розуму зводить. Поглине нещасних глибока вода, Бо душ їй невинних не досить. Сі води є прокляті спокон віків. Обходять їх ген стороною. А необережних чекають в пітьмі І кличуть кудись за собою Величні й небачені монстри глибин... Чи, може, не монстри - русалки? А може, король злий, зоставшись один, На люд насила свої чари, Щоб не каламутили воду вони, Яка таємниці ховає. Бо в тій непроглядній в'язкій глибині Істоти незнані блукають.
