Ти маєш право кричати? Тішся, допоки ще можеш, Бо бідний з нас кожен, Хто говорити не годен. Вони не здатні вдати, Що можуть за себе стояти, Бояться розкрити уста, Ніби голосу давно в них нема. Таке вже було: Який біль би їх не розтинав, Та про це ніхто не знав. Не чули ми ні плачу, ані сліз, Аж поки не сказали нам з-за гір. Ти можеш свою думку виражати? Тішся, бо потім будеш казати Та все на світі проклинати, Каратись, битись і вбиватись. Нічого вдіяти не зможеш, Бо ти і я - ми ж люди Божі.
