Живи, радій, не падай духом, Не плач, а смійся без потреби. Нехай незгоди та халепи, Без сліду просто пропадуть! Живи, і пам'ятай, далéбі, Що краще жити без жалю! Ти не помреш, ти будеш жити, Такі як ти — не помирають, У пам'ять людям проникають, В душі живуть після кончини. І може там десь є той рай, В який ти зринеш, мов комета, Я в пеклі згину, і нехай, Без тебе зникне жить потреба. І хоч разом мені не бути, Й без тебе буду погибать, Як серце б'ється в твоїх грудях, Я буду щастя лиш бажать. Любов що є, вона живе, Мене тримає й знов бентежний. Можливо здався б я, та все ж, Як ти живий, то й я безмежний.
