Red’s face was in gloom. Old memories locked away were now resurfacing. He shook his head to get his senses back and slowly stood up. Amelia kept her staff aimed at him while covering Maria behind her. Red looked at her, noticing the face of anger and fear that Amelia had, he backed up a bit. He put up both his hands,

“Amelia, calm down” he gently said,

“What was that? In all my life of Magic, I’ve never seen an outburst like that!” she replied with doubt of trust,

“Look! I told you, being with me is worse than anything you’ve experienced. If you can’t handle it, I recommend turning back now, otherwise please, please, point down your staff",

Amelia thought for a bit before relaxing and taking a step back. Her staff pointed to the air as she diverted it’s direction away from Red. Red slowly let his hands drop down to his hips,

“Red, what was that outburst?”,

Red sighed “I don’t use magic like you mortals",

“What do you mean?” she asked with confusion,

“We Gods don’t depend on Elements. Our magic is pure to nature” he explained,

“That’s not possible...”,

“You humans use magic depending on 3 Archetypes. They are Crystal, Light and Fire correct?”,

“Yes, the Law of Three. While it’s usually impossible for a person to use more than one, we Exiles for example can use all three. But that doesn’t matter, your magic isn’t one of the three!” Amelia said trying to pry for information,

“Yeah, because I’m not confined like all of you. You all have Elements just like we do, but you depend on yours to use magic making you access only the three easiest types, while ours strengthen our magic. We are able to use the full construct of magic" he informs her,

“I don’t understand...”

“Mortals control 3 types of Magic because that magic is the most physical. Crystal being the easiest while Light is the hardest, for you at least. Every other type requires extensive manifestation and understanding of said type to be able to at least control it from an outside source. We don’t, because our magic has no physical requirement ”,

“That’s not possible, no way. I don’t believe you. There’s been extensive research over a hundred years and no possible method has been even close to remove the physical barrier" she angrily said, mistreating his words,

Red let out a huge sigh before raising his right hand. Suddenly a black magic crest appeared the size of his palm,

“This is what we call Ygvril’s Circle",

“A full magic crest, just like that, you did it like it was nothing" Amelia said in amazement,

Maria peaked around Amelia’s body and saw the magic crest. She was astonished with brilliance in her eyes,

“We all have one, Gods I mean. Our Circle is dependent on our emotions. Colour, shape, size, even power is all dependant on what were feeling in the moment. Unlike your magic, where you need a catalyst, such as your staff or Maria’s Talisman or even a Pyromancy Affinity, we use our Element to create out catalyst” Red said trying to make Amelia understand,

“This should be impossible, sure, you’re a God, but everyone, even divinity, has to follow rules which govern the universe",

“Oh don’t get me wrong, we also have limits outside our realm" Red assured,

“Wait, all this time you knew about this and you haven’t bothered to say anything?”,

Red looked to the ground before muttering “I didn’t remember anything until a couple of days ago, I still don’t remember most. My memories are a jumble due to... An accident I’ve had",

Amelia looked at him with sadness and sympathy. Before her was a being struggling to find his place in the world and find his place in his own head. A Devine being just as hurt as the mortals around him. Suddenly Amelia asked ,

“So what can you do? Magic wise I mean?”,

“Control Nature’s Elements, the 2 Divine Elements and the 6 Void Elements. Well at least that’s all I’ve tried to do",

“This is astonishing. I can only control 3 of the 13 you can do, and even for me it’s as hard as trying to cast Grand Tier Spells”,

Red averted the conversation “Look I got to get to Savanna as soon as possible. If you still want to join me your welcome to come along. If you don’t, I understand”,

Amelia looked at Maria before replying to him,

“We'll still go, besides I want to learn more from YOUR magic”,

Red simply nodded. He gave a small whistle and the horses joined them. He jumped onto Gallop while the girls got on their horses. Red gave a small whip of the reins and Gallop trotted away. Amelia joined him just after along with Maria. She was behind him by quite a bit, entranced in thought. Magic she never knew was possible to conjure was just shown to her very own eyes. She met a God and became connected with him,

“Red, why do you want to go to Savanna so badly?” asked Maria surprising both Amelia and Red,

Red looked at her before replying with a smile “I’m going to meet my betrothed”,

“HUUUH?” Amelia shouted at the top of her lungs,
