Chapter 0 - And There She Was...
And there she was, fallen to her knees, tears falling from her eyes like snowflakes falling in the cold winter. Frozen in despair, sadness and sorrow. Her angel white hair muddy from the ground, the tears covering her beautiful golden eyes from looking at what looked like a corpse,
"You... you can't... not now... please..." she quietly begged holding back a burst of emotions while witnessing only what she thought impossible,
Red laid still like a dead body in a bloody battlefield, not even a single twitch from his bruised and cut muscles. Men and women alike standing around them, motionless and speechless. Tears falling onto his hand from the woman he loved the most. Suddenly a quiet whisper emerged from his lips,
"I... I..." gasping for air with a mouth full of blood,
Red tried to speak his words, words which have been locked away in his mind for years, words he never thought he could freely speak,
"I...finally...get to...see you..." he said with his very last breath before the final beat of his heart ended a pain that lasted an eternity.
