"Oh no." Arthur held a paper, as he read through each word like a hawk.
"What is it sir?" Benicio asked in a gentle voice.
Arthur immediately stood up and crumbled the paper he was holding from one hand.

"The army I had asked from father. It got attacked." Arthur declared. Benicio snapped his head towards Arthur and widened his eyes.
"The General of the army was killed. Some soldiers were left injured. They will arrive soon." Arthur continued.

"What will we do now sir? The war is so close." Benicio said as he looked down at his feet. Arthur thought hard for a moment.

"We will have to delay it then." Arthur said as he looked at the large doors. Benicio looked at Arthur questioningly.

"Send a letter to my brother, Benicio,  tell him about the situation! The rest of you will go to the kingdom's gates and block the routes! And If any one of you shows incompetency, the whole kingdom will pay dearly." Arthur ordered, as he sat back on his throne. All of the soldiers around him scurried away from their Prince's presence.

"And as for me, I will go to Thaddeus." Arthur said calmly. Benicio once again, stared at Arthur through wide eyes. Arthur kept his gaze to the floor, with one hand on his knee, the other on the arm rest of the throne.

"Okay..." Benicio said, confused.
"What about Fergus?" Benicio asked.
"Oh, Don't worry about that. I have it all planned." Arthur said with a mischievous smile and rested his back against the throne chair.

"Fergus!" Thaddeus called out as Fergus bowed on one knee towards him.
"I want you to send this to the spy in Zorro. It's important, so make sure you send it to him safely." Thaddeus ordered in a low voice.

"Yes sir." Fergus replied as he took the message from Thaddeus' hands and mounted on his horse.


After a long time, Fergus arrived at the outskirts of Zorro. His eyes widened in shock. There were corpses on the ground. Corpses of the spies of Thaddeus.

Fergus got down his horse, but was stopped when the sharp edge of a sword was placed on the base of his throat, preventing him from moving any further.

"Whichever corner of the world you run to, Fergus, nobody will save you from my claws." Arthur stood beside Fergus.

"Well then, the end of the deal, I guess!" Thaddeus' voice was heard from Fergus' back.
Fergus tried to look back at Thaddeus without cutting himself from Arthur's sword.

"Thaddeus!" Fergus yelled in panic.
"What's going on here!? I thought we were friends!" Fergus yelled.
"Friends?" Thaddeus barked into laughter.
"We were. But Arthur over here made such a deal with me that I couldn't refuse!" Thaddeus whined.

                 FLASHBACK:

"If I give Fergus to you, what will you give me, 'Prince' Arthur?"  Thaddeus emphasized the word 'Prince'.

"As you know, unlike any royal aide, Fergus comes from another noble family. That noble family has the right to take almost anything inferior to them. This also includes your tribe. If you give Fergus to me, your tribe will stay with you till the end. That is, unless you want Fergus to be the one ruling your tribe. So, the next time I come here to conquer your tribe..." Arthur paused as Thaddeus scoffed mockingly at his words.

"He won't face me, you will." Arthur concluded as he pointed towards Thaddeus.

Thaddeus thought hard for a moment.
"Deal. I'll give you Fergus." Thaddeus smiled widely as Arthur smirked.

"You would trade me for a stupid deal!?" Fergus yelled.
"Have fun, Fergus!" Thaddeus said with a wide smile.
"Tie him up." Arthur ordered one of the soldiers.
The soldiers tied Fergus up and dragged him to a horse so that they can take him to Zorro.

"I will kill you Thaddeus! I swear I will! Even if you go to hell, I will follow you!"  Fergus yelled as Thaddeus scoffed and climbed up on his horse to go back to his tribe, but Arthur's voice stopped him from moving.

"Just because we worked together on this part, doesn't mean this will stop me from taking your head one day Thaddeus." Arthur declared.

"I will come back to Krypts tribe soon." Arthur concluded.

"Well, then I will be waiting impatiently for you to come there Arthur." Thaddeus smirked as Arthur nodded.
